My wife uses an email client to download Xfinity emails. She never reads
her emails on the Xfinity website. Her email client is set to leave emails
on the Xfinity server. As a result, her emails on the server go back to
2017...there's over 85,000 emails on the server.

She has a new cell phone, and wants to set up email, but doesn't want to
download 85,000 emails to the phone.

I forget how to delete, or move, more that the number of emails that show
in the Xfinity webmail panel. Even if I select 'All message', only the
messages in the current panel are selected. I forget how to select all the
emails in a folder.

Anyone?

Looks like I have to select the first message, and then scroll all the
way down to the last message I want to delete, hold the shift key, and
click on the check box of the last message.

By the way, I thought Xfinity was going to empty the Trash evey 30 days.
messages that were trashed over a year ago. Hmm...
